108例小儿面颈部烧伤创面治疗分析

目的 探讨治疗小儿面颈部烧伤创面的较理想的临床治疗方法.方法 将2009年3月至2013年5月我科收治的108例患者分为治疗组56例和对照组52例.其中治疗组56例应用MEBO治疗,观察创面愈合情况、用药期间创面有无炎性反应以及止痛效果,并与同期应用SD-Ag治疗的52例患者进行对照.结果 治疗组用药过程中创面细菌数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;治疗组止痛作用明显优越于对照组,治疗组疼痛例数占17.8％,对照组疼痛例数占72.3％;治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,平均缩短（3.55±0.7）d,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 MEBO是治疗小儿面颈部烧伤的可靠外用药.

108 children with faciocervical burn

Objective To explore a comparatively effective clinical therapy for children with faciocervical burn. Methods 108 children with faciocervieal burn hospitalized into our hospital form March, 2009 to May, 2013 were divided into a treatment group （56 eases） and a control group （52 cases）. The treatment group took MEBO. Their recovery information, inflammatory reaction during the treatment, and analgesic effect were observed. The control group were treated with SD-Ag. Results There was no statistical difference in the amount of bacteria attaching to the burns during medication between the treatment group and the control group. The analgesic effect was markedly better in the treatment group than in the control group. 17.8% eases of the treatment group and 72,3% eases of the eontrol group had pain. The recovery time was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group, with a average period of （3.55 ± 0.7） days and a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion MEBO is the reliable medication for external use in treating children with faeiocervical burn.
