外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折28例的护理体会

目的 探讨外固定支架法治疗胫腓骨骨折的护理措施及临床疗效.方法 选取在我科就诊的28例腓骨骨折患者为本次研究对象,全部患者均行外固定支架治疗,并给予心理护理、体位护理、针道感染护理、外固定支架护理、饮食护理等干预措施,观察患者骨折愈合时间,并进行疗效评价.结果 28例患者未出现骨不连现象,骨折愈合时间0.5 ～ 4.0个月,平均（2.5±0.2）个月;术后关节恢复优良率为96.4％.结论 对外固定支架手术治疗胫腓骨骨折患者实施有效的护理干预可促进患者康复.

Nursing care for 28 patients with fracture of tibia and fibula treated with external fixation

Objective To investigate the nursing measures and clinical efficacy of external fixation in the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods 28 patients with fracture of tibia and fibula treated in our department were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with external fixation. Mental nursing, postural care, needle infection nursing, external fixation nursing, diet nursing, and other invention procedures were executed on all the patients. The healing time was observed and the efficacy was evaluated. Results No patient occurred bone nonunion. The healing time of fracture was 0.5-4.0 months, with an average of （ 2.5± 0.2 ） months. After external fixation, 96.4% cases recovered well. Conclusion Effective nursing intmwention for patients with fracture of tibia and fibula treated with external fixation can promote their reeovery.
