| 摘 要： | 在下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴(HPOA)的调节下,女性体内相关激素呈现出周期性动态变化及生理平衡,并通过影响子宫内膜出现周期性变化,调节月经周期等正常生理活动。这种动态变化及生理平衡模式与中医学的阴阳学说不谋而合,将HPOA调节下的神经内分泌系统与阴阳学说相关理论相结合,可充分发挥传统八纲辨证以阴阳为总纲领的辨证优势,更好地指导妇科疾病的临床治疗。

| Abstract: | Under the regulation of the hypothalamic pituitary ovary axis (HPOA), the related hormones in the female body present periodic dynamic change and physiological balance, which regulate menstrual cycle and other normal physiological activities through the influence on cyclical changes of the endometrium. This dynamic change and physiological balance mode is consistent with the theory of yin and yang in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The combination of the neuroendocrine system regulated by HPOA and the theory of yin and yang could promote the syndrome differentiation based on the general principle of yin and yang,and better guide for the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases. |
