摘    要:红参作为人参的主要炮制品,炮制方法不同,对红参中皂苷、多糖、AFG含量均有影响;红参中含有不同于鲜参和生晒参的独特成分,具有抗糖尿病、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗氧化、抗疲劳等药理活性。

Abstract:As main processing product of Radix Ginseng, different processing drugs method of red ginseng leads to different effect on the content of saponin, polysaccharide and AFG in red ginseng. There are unique ingredients in red ginseng which are different from fresh ginseng and dried raw ginseng, and such contents contain the pharmacological activity such as anti-diabetes, anti-tumor, anti-aging, anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue etc.
