| 摘 要： | 目的探讨染色体异常的发生情况。方法常规取外周血进行淋巴细胞培养G显带，显微镜下分析。结果907例患者中染色体异常117例，异常率12．9％。其中数目异常65例，结构异常52例。结论许多先天性智力低下、畸形、自然流产、原发闭经、不孕不育大多与染色体异常有关，通过染色体检查，能够减少先天畸形儿的出生率，提高出生人口素质。

| Abstract: | Objective ： Discuss the happening situation of the abnormal chromosome. Methods ： G banding techniques were used by regular culturing lymphoeytes of peripheral blood , then analysis under a microscope. Results： 117 cases with abnormal karyotpye of chromosome were found in 907 patients. The abnormality rate is 12. 9%. Among them, the number abnormality is 65 cases, and the structure abnormality is 52 cases. Conclusion： The abnormality of chromosome is one of the basic reasons of mental retardation, malformation , habitual abortion, primary amenorrhea, infertility. Through the checking of chronlosome, It can decrease the birth rate of congenital malformation and improve population quality of newborn. |
