| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨喜炎平联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将129例患者随机分为治疗组(65例)与对照组(64例),治疗组给予喜炎平50mg/d静脉滴注,同时口服泛昔洛韦,每次250mg,每日3次;对照组给予利巴韦林500mg/d静脉滴注,3、7、12、18天观察疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率、皮损及神经痛恢复情况明显优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效良好,不良反应小。
