| 摘 要： | 目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨证论治脂溢性皮炎经验。方法:以医案的形式阐述脂溢性皮炎的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:脂溢性皮炎的病因病机为平素血燥之体感受风热之邪形成风热血燥或阴伤血燥;脾失健运,湿热内生形成肠胃湿热。常见证型为风热血燥,肠胃湿热。治疗原则为祛风、清热、滋阴、润燥、除湿。常用中药为防风、荆芥、白术、黄连、黄柏、蒲公英、地黄、枸杞子、山萸肉等。结论:辨证论治脂溢性皮炎疗效显著。
