三黄软膏外敷治疗大鼠急性软组织损伤的实验研究

目的:观察三黄软膏外敷对大鼠急性软组织损伤的疗效,初步探讨其作用机理。方法:将36只健康SD大鼠随机分成正常组(A)、模型对照组(B)、基质对照组(C)、青鹏膏对照组(D)、三黄软膏高剂量组(E)、三黄软膏低剂量组(F),每组6只。将200 g重的砝码自20 cm高处自由落在大鼠小腿后侧,连续打击2次,制造软组织损伤模型。半小时后,分别给予基质(C组)、青鹏膏(D组)、高剂量三黄软膏(E组)、低剂量三黄软膏(F组)外敷。每日换药1次观察三黄软膏对急性软组织损伤的治疗作用。结果:青鹏膏对照组、三黄软膏低剂量组、三黄软膏高剂量组在病情程度评估、组织病理学、损伤局部组织白细胞介素-1β的含量下降方面均优于模型对照组及基质对照组(P0.05)。结论:三黄软膏对急性软组织损伤有良好的治疗和修复作用。本药物能缩短急性软组织损伤的治疗疗程,具有抗炎、止痛的作用,能够改善微循环,其治疗作用可能与降低损伤局部组织中IL-1β有关。

Experimental study on the curative effect of external application of Sanhuang ointment to treat rat with acute soft issue injury

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of external application of Sanhuang ointment to treat rat with acute soft issue injury, and explore its function mechanism. Methods：36 healthy SD rat were randomly divided into normal group A, model control group B, matrix control group C, QingPeng Ointment control group D, large-dose-Sanhuang-ointment group E, low-dose-Sanhuang-ointment group F,6 cases for each group. 200 g weight up from 20 cm high fell on back of rat shanks freely, constantly beat 2 times,in order to make models of acute soft issue injury. Group C, Group D, Group E and Group F were applied with Sanhuang ointment externally half an hour later. Daily change medicine 1 time. The curative effect of Sanhuang ointment to treat acute soft issue injury was obversed. Results：Group D,Group F, Group E were better than group B and Group C on the aspect of evaluation of illness degress, histopathology,lower contents of interleukin-1β in part of injury（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Sanhuang ointment performs well on the treatment and recovery of acute soft issue injury. It can shorten the duration of treatment, have the effect of antiinflamation and analgesia,improve microcirculation. Its therapeutic action may be related to the declined contens of IL-1β in part of the injury tissues.
