HG抗着床和终止妊娠作用的实验研究

本文对HG抗着床,终止妊娠作用进行了初步实验研究。HG粉剂、水煎剂和乙醇沉淀物水溶液,无论口服或腹腔注射(小白鼠1.2-20g/kg)对小白鼠着床、早期妊娠均有显著的终止作用。对中期、晚期妊娠有一定终止作用。组织胚胎切片观察结果表明,用药后小白鼠卵巢、输卵管、子宫发育正常,未见病变。抗着床组切片可见退化的卵细胞或退化的胚泡。多数子宫处于增生期,卵巢内有新形成的黄体,抗早孕组切片可见子宫腔大呈囊状,无皱裂,无胚,卵巢出现黄体,可能为胚胎被排出后,再次排卵。HG不影响小白鼠生育功能。

Study of HG in the Antiimbed and Terminating Pregnancy

HG is a kind of tree of growing in Guizhou, China. 320 mice were divided into 4 treated groups (early, middle, late pregnancy, and antiimbed) and a control group. Each group was subdivided into various groups according to the dosage (1.2-20g/kg) , dosage form (pulvis, decoctum, mixture)and application (oral, peritonial injection) of the mice. The results showed that HG had the outstanding effects of antiimbed and terminating the early pregnancy in mice. The histological findings of the emdryo of mice showed that: In all treated groups, development of ovary, fallopiantube and uterus were norma1; in the antiimbed group, the degenerative ootids or deteriorative blastocysts were ob- served. Most of the uterus were under a phase of multiplication. The newly developed lutins were found in the ovary; In the anti-early-pregnancy group, the cavity of uterus dilated in looking as a cystiform without any fold and embryo. But the lutin presented in the ovary, it may be the second ovulation following a elimination of the embryo.
