| 摘 要： | 目的:研究儿茶解毒冲剂对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床治疗效果.方法:抽取本院口腔粘膜科和协作医院门诊的患者100例,随机分为两组.实验组用儿茶解毒冲剂治疗;对照组按常规处理,口服昆明山海棠片.两组患者均治疗2～3个疗程.结果:实验组疗效明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:儿茶解毒冲剂对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓具有较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore clinical responses of oral lichen planus of erosive type to catechu.Methods:100 patients with oral lichen planus in Division of Oral Medicine in Jining Stomatological Hospital and collaborative hospitals were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in one group were treated with catechu,a n d in the other group underwent routine treatment for 2 3 courses.Results:The conditions of patients in the group treated with catechu improved better than those in the group treated routinely and there was a significant difference ( P <0 05) between the effects of these 2 groups.Conclusion:Patients with oral lichen planus of erosive type responded to catechu well. |
