患肢输注尿激酶局部溶栓合用曲克芦丁治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床观察

目的:观察患肢输注尿激酶局部溶栓加曲克芦丁抗凝治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效和血液流变学变化。方法:将41例下肢深静脉血栓形成的病例随机分为治疗组(21例)局部溶栓加抗凝治疗;对照组(20例)常规溶栓治疗,观察其临床疗效及血液流变学的变化。结果:临床疗效:局部溶栓组好转、治愈率95.24%,优于对照组(70%,P<0.05)。两组血液流变性比较:治疗前两组血液流变学指标均高于正常值;治疗后均有显著改善(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:患肢输注尿激酶局部溶栓加曲克芦丁抗凝治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成,其疗效明显优于单独局部溶栓治疗。

Clinical Observation on Combined Application of Urokinase and Troxerutin on Deep Venous Thrombosis in Lower Extremity

Objective: To observe the effect of Local application of Urokinase and Troxerutin treated deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity and the corresponding hemorheological change.Method: 41 cases of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity were randomized into therapy group by together application of Urokinase and Troxerutin and control group by local urokinase only. Before and after the treatment the hemorheological indexes were examined. Results: Effective rate for the therapy group(95.24%)was better than that of the control group(70%)(P<0.05);After treatment, all indexes of hemorheology had obvious amelioration(P<0.01), therapy group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined application of urokinase and troxerutin has valid effects on deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity.
