CD_(44)V_6在乳腺癌中表达的意义

目的：观察ＣＤ４４Ｖ６在乳腺癌中表达规律及其与预后的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学ＳＰ法，对６０例有随访结果的女性乳腺癌组织进行ＣＤ４４Ｖ６检测。结果：乳腺浸润性癌ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阳性率（８０４％）显著高于非浸润性癌（２５％），（Ｐ＜００５）；乳腺癌有淋巴结转移组ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阳性率（８９５％）显著高于无淋巴结转移组（５４５％），（Ｐ＜００１）；ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阳性组乳腺癌患者术后５年或１０年生存率（５６５％，２１７％）显著低于ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阴性组（１００％，７１％），（Ｐ＜００５）；ＣＤ４４Ｖ６表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小及分化程度无相关性。结论：ＣＤ４４Ｖ６表达状况，可作为临床判断乳腺癌转移潜能及患者预后的一项重要指标。

The significance of expression of CD44V6 in breast cancer

Objective: To observe the expressive regulation of CD44V6 in breast cancer and its correlationship with prognosis. Methods: 60 cases of resected female breast cancer tissues with followup result were tested to detect expressive level of CD44V6 with SP immunohistochemical method. Results: The positve rate of CD44V6 in invasive breast cancer(80.4%) was much higher than that in noinvasive breast cancer(P<005);The positive rate (89.5%)of CD44V6 in the cases with metastasis was significantly higher than that (54.5%) in cases without metastasis(P<0.01). The survial rate of 5 or 10 year(56.5%,21.7%) in patients with CD44V6 positive was lower than that (100%,71.4%) in patients with CD44V6 negative (P<0.05);The expressive level of CD44V6 was not correlated with age, tumor size and differentiation. 8Conclusions: The expression of CD44V6 in breast cancer tissue may suggest an increased risk for local lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients and serve as an important indicator of prognosis.
