| 摘 要： | 目的了解掌握空军飞行人员颈椎病患病情况和发病规律，为开展飞行人员颈椎病防治工作提供依据。方法对某部747名现役飞行人员颈椎病进行职业医学调查，研究分析致病因素、发病机理和发病规律。结果不同年龄飞行人员颈椎病的患病率不同，25～30岁组、30～35岁组、35～40岁组、41～47岁组飞行员患病率分别为3．2％、13．7％、9．0％、9．7％；

| Abstract: | Objective The present study is undertaken to know the incidence and occurrence pattern and to provide the proof for the prevention and treatment of the cervical syndrome of air force pilots. Methods A medical survey was made for 747 participants in a unit to explore the pathogenic factors, mechanism and occurrence pattern of the cervical syndrome of air force pilots. Results The incidence rates of the cervical syndrome varied in different age group of air force pilots, in which the incidence rates in the 25- 30 age group, the 30-35 age group, the 35-40 age group and the 41-47 age group were 3.2%, 13.7%, 9.0% and 9.7% respectively. |
