| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法快速测定复方丹参滴丸中丹参素的含量。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(20∶80∶0.5),检测波长为281 nm。结果:丹参素在0.0298 g/L~0.2681 g/L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9992,平均回收率为101.28%,RSD为0.471%(n=5)。结论:此法测定复方丹参滴丸中丹参素的含量快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the quickly determination of Danshensu content in Compound Danshen Dripping Pill.Methods: The analysis was carried on a Hypersil C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column.The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid(20∶80∶0.5)and the detection wave length was 281 nm.Results: Danshensu showed a good linearity in the range of 0.0298 mg/ml～0.2681 mg/ml,r=0.9992.The average recovery was 101.28%,and RSD was0.471%(n=5).Conclusion: This method is effective,quick and can be used for the quality control of Danshensu in Compound Danshen Dripping Pill. |
