| 摘 要： | 从对五脏病机理和证候分类的认识、辨识五脏病虚实、判断五脏病预后、诊察五脏病脉象、推测病情顺逆等方面讨论了《诸病源候论》中五脏病诊断的医学思想。《诸病源候论》五脏病诊断观对中医诊断学的证候分类和治疗、时间诊断、预后诊断等有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | The diagnostic thoughts of Five-Zang-Disease in Zhubing Yuanhou Lun are discussed from the perspective of pathogenesis and classification of Five-Zang-Disease,differentiation of sthenia and asthenia syndrome,making the prognosis,taking the pulse conditions and inferring the development of disease.The theraputic opinions of Five-Zang-Disease in Zhubing Yuanhou Lun are of great value in the classification of syndromes,treatment,time-diagnosis and prognosis of disease in TCM diagnostics. |
