红霉素发酵培养基优化研究

摘    要:对红霉素发酵培养基进行了优化,选用A粉和B粉代替原工艺中的淀粉及部分葡萄糖和豆饼粉。采用正交试验设计方法。确定最佳发酵培养基配方,并考察了中间补料方案。经10吨发酵罐连续8批验证,平均发酵效价提高6.11%,产品质量全部合格。原材料消耗成本可降低20%以上。

Abstract:An improved medium formula for erythromycin fermentation by powders A and B to replace starch and/or part of glucose and bean cake was established. The optimization of the medium was carried out by using orthogonal analytical method. The average production level of 8 successive batches in a 10-ton fermentation tank with improved medium was increased by 6. 11% and the raw material cost was reduced by 20% and the products complied with the quality standard requirements.
