结合雌激素片或妈富隆治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效观察

目的：探讨结合雌激素片或妈富隆治疗青春期功能性子宫出血（功血）的临床疗效。方法：将2002年3月～2006年5月收治的48例青春期功血患者随机分为对照组23例和治疗组25例。对照组应用结合雌激素片,治疗组应用妈富隆,观察两组临床疗效。结果：经治疗后,治疗组控制出血与完全止血时间均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,即妈富隆治疗效果优于结合雌激素片。结论：应用妈富隆治疗青春期功血,疗效显著,使用方便,毒副作用少,患者易于接受。

Exploration of the Effect on Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding treated with Conjugated Estrogens Tablet or Marvelon

Objective：To probe into the clinical efficacy on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated with conjugated estrogens tablet and marvelon. Methods：48 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were collected from March 2002 to May 2006 and randomized into control group（23 cases）and treatment group （25 cases）. In control group, conjugated estrogens tablet was administrated,and in treatment group, marvelon was applied. The therapeutic effects were observed in two groups. Results ： After treatment, the effect on controlling bleeding and the time of complete bleeding stopping in treatment group were all superior to those in control group（P〈0.05）. The efficacy of marvelon was superior to that of conjugated estrogens tablet terine bleeding. It is convenient Conclusion：Marvelon presents significant therapeutic effect on adolescent dysfunctional uin administration, less toxic side effect and apt to be accepted by patients.
