| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定注射用福美坦中主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为LBondapak C18,流动相为乙腈-水(45:55),流速为1·0mL·min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为252nm,进样量为20μL。结果:福美坦检测浓度的线性范围为48～216·3μg·mL-1(r=0·9999,n=5);平均加样回收率为99·78%(RSD=0·39%)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To determine formestane sterile powder for injection by RP-HPLC.METHODS:The separation was performed on LBondapak C18 chromatographic column with column temperature at 25℃.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(45:55) with flow rate at 1.0mL·min-1,detection wavelength at 252nm and sample size at 20μL.RESULTS:Within the range of 48～216.3μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9,n=5),formestane was in good linear relationship.The average recovery of formestane was 99.78%(RSD=0.39%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid,and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of formestane sterile powder for injection. |
