医院感染管理对保洁工作实施监管的探讨

目的 提高保洁工作质量，切断传播途径，有效地预防医院感染。方法 深入病房，了解保洁工作中存在的问题；对保洁员进行医院感染有关知识的培训，以提高其认知水平；协助保洁公司建立健全保洁工作规章制度和管理措施；对保洁工作质量进行督导和监管。结果 对保洁工作实施了规范化的管理，为患者和医务人员营造了一个洁净、舒适的就医和工作环境；为切断医院感染传播途径、有效地预防医院感染、提高医疗质量、确保医疗安全等奠定了扎实的基础，取得了较明显的效果。结论 加强对保洁员医院感染有关知识的培训，并对保洁工作质量进行督导和监管是非常必要的，也是切实可行的。

Dust Alleviation Work Supervised and Managed by Nosocomial Infection Facility

OBJECTIVE To improve the quality of dust alleviation work, cut off transmission routes, and prevent nosocomial infection effectively. METHODS The infection control practitioners (ICPs) went into the wards to find out the existing problems of dust alleviation work. The ICPs trained the dustmen up the knowledge about medicine and nosocomial infection to promote their consciousness, helped the Dust Alleviation Company set up and mend the system of regulations and measures of management on dust alleviation work, and supervised and managed the dust alleviation work. RESULTS The dust alleviation work was managed normatively. A clean and comfort surrounding of seeing doctors and working was established for the patient and medical staff. The stable foundations were established for cutting off transmission routes of nosocomial infection, preventing nosocomial infection effectively, improving medical quality, and insuring medical security. Distinct results were acquired relatively. CONCLUSIONS It is greatly necessary and feasible for the ICPs to train the dustmen up the knowledge about medicine and nosocomial infection, and supervise and manage the dust alleviation work.
