| 摘 要： | 目的分析血浆同型半胱氨酸（HCY）浓度在几种疾病中的变化，探讨其在临床中的应用价值。方法应用循环酶法测定162例4组疾病患者和52例健康体检者的血浆HCY含量，并进行比较。结果HCY在冠心病组、脑梗死组、糖尿病肾病组、慢性肾功能不全组的浓度显著高于对照组。结论HCY是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素，同时也是肾脏疾病血管病变的重要危险因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the change of concentration of Homocysteine(HCY) in different diseases,and study its clinic value.Methods Enzymatic cycling measurement and control tests were conducted for the HCY in the serum from 164 patients with 4 different diseases and 52 healthy people.Results Concentration of HCY in coronary heart disease group,cerebral infarction group,diabetic nephropathy group and chronic renal failure group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion HCY was an independent risk fact... |
