糖尿病患者并发下肢动脉粥样硬化多因素相关性分析

目的分析糖尿病患者并发下肢动脉粥样硬化的相关因素。方法按超声检查下肢动脉有无粥样硬化形成，分为两组，对两组病人的性别、年龄、病程、空腹血糖、血脂水平、分型及合并高血压病的人数进行对照。结果糖尿病人发生下肢动脉粥样硬化与性别、年龄无关，与分型、病程、空腹血糖、血脂水平及有无合并高血压病密切相关。结论了解糖尿病患者发生下肢动脉粥样硬化的相关因素，可为其防治提供依据。

Multi - factor correlation study on Diabetic patients complicated with lower limb arteriosclerosis

Objective To analyse the correlated factors to diabetic patients complicated with lower limb arteriosclerosis, Methods Diabetic patients were divied into two groups with or without arteriosclerosis adoring to Ultrasound examination results. The multi - factors as gender,age, duration of disease, starving blood sugar, blood lipid level, type of diabetes and complicated with or without hypertension were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results Diabetic complicated with lower limb arteriosclerosis are not correlated with gender and age, hut significant correlated with other factor. Conclusions Understand the muhigactors correlated to diabetics complicated lower limb areteriosclerosis is important for prevention and treatment of the disease.
