苦碟子治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

目的探讨苦碟子注射液对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法将184例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分两组,一组用苦碟子注射液20mL静滴,每日1次,每两周为1个疗程;另一组用红花注射液40mL静滴,所获数据行统计学分析。结果苦碟子注射液组临床总有效率为85.42%,心电图改善率为65.62%;红花组总有效率为64.77%,心电图改善率为48.86%;苦碟子组的全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率也有一定改善,较红花组为优。两组比较有显著性差异(P均0.05)。结论苦碟子可以改善冠心病心绞痛的临床症状、心电图、心功能和血液流变学,值得临床推广应用。

Curative Effect of Kudiezi on Angina Pectoris of CHD

Objective To study the curative effect of kudiezi injection on angina pectoris of CHD. Methods We divided 184 cases of angina pectoris of CHD into two groups,one group was given intravenous 20ml kudiezi injection once a day,with two weeks as one coupe of treatment,and the other group was given intravenous 40ml Honghua compound injection. The obtained data were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of kudiezi injection group was 85.42% and the improvement rate of electrocardiogram was 65.62%, while those of honghua injection group were 64.77% and 48.86%,respectively. The curative effect was obviously different between the two groups （P〈O.05）. Conclusion The kudiezi injection can improve myocardial ischemia of angina pectoris of CHD,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate and it is much better than Honghua injection.
