| 摘 要： | 目的制定速效烧伤油的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别大黄,分光光度法测定制剂中总蒽醌的含量。结果平均回收率为97.62%,RSD=1.60%(n=5)。结论该方法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可作为速效烧伤油的质量控制指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard of SuXiaoShaoShangYou.Methods Radix et rhizoma rhei was identified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC).The content of total anthraquinones was determined by visible spectrophometry.Results The average recovery of the sample was 97.62%,RSD was 1.60%(n=5).Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate and can be used as a quality control for the preparation of SuXiaoShaoShangYou. |
