中药穴位贴敷联合吗啡对晚期肝癌患者疼痛及不良反应的影响

目的:探讨中药穴位贴敷联合吗啡对晚期肝癌患者疼痛及不良反应的影响。方法:选取96例晚期肝癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组给予盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药穴位贴敷。比较两组镇痛效果,治疗前后疼痛数字分级法(NRS)评分、爆发性疼痛次数、用药后疼痛缓解持续时间及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的72.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NRS评分显著低于对照组,爆发性疼痛次数少于对照组,用药后疼痛缓解持续时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组的22.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:对采用吗啡镇痛的晚期癌症患者加用中药穴位贴敷,可增强镇痛效果,降低不良反应发生率。

Effects of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined withMorphine on pain and adverse reactions in patients with advanced liver cancer

Objective:To investigate effects of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Morphine on pain and adverse reactions in patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods:96 patients with advanced liver cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,48 cases in each.The control group was treated with Morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,while the observation group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of that of the control group.The analgesic effects,the numeric rating scale(NRS)scores before and after the treatment,the number of breakthrough pain,the pain relief time after the medication,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than 72.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the number of breakthrough pain was less than that of the control group;the pain relief time after the medication was longer than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than 22.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the patients with advanced liver cancer treated by Morphine analgesia,the acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can not only enhance the analgesic effects,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
