改良森田疗法在社区不同性别康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

目的:观察改良森田疗法在社区不同性别康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取160例社区康复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按照性别分为男性组与女性组各80例。两组均行8周改良森田疗法,比较两组治疗前后社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、阳性和阴性症状量表、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果:治疗后,男性组SDSS中的职业与工作、社会性退缩、责任心和计划性评分均低于女性组,家庭职能评分高于女性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组阳性量表、ADL评分均低于治疗前,且女性组明显低于男性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良森田疗法应用于社区不同性别康复期精神分裂症患者的效果各异,可降低男性患者SDSS中的职业与工作、社会性退缩、责任心和计划性评分,可改善女性患者的阳性症状和提高日常生活能力。

Application effects of modified Morita therapy in community patients with schizophrenia of different genders during rehabilitation period

Objective:To explore application effects of modified Morita therapy in community patients with schizophrenia of different genders during rehabilitation period.Methods:160 community patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period were selected as the research objects and divided into male and female groups according to gender,80 cases in each group.Both groups received modified Morita therapy for 8 weeks.The social deficiency screening schedule(SDSS)score,the positive and negative symptom scale score,and the activity of daily living(ADL)scale score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the occupation and job,social withdrawal,responsibility and planning scores of SDSS in the male group were lower than those of the female group;the family function score of the female group was lower than the male group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,The positive scale and ADL scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;and those of the female group were significantly lower than those of the male group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Modified Morita therapy has different effects on the community patients with schizophrenia of different genders during rehabilitation period.It can reduce the male patients’SDSS occupation and work,social withdrawal,responsibility and planning scores,and can reduce the female patients’positive scale score and ADL score.
