自身免疫相关疾病患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群检测及其意义

目的探讨自身免疫相关疾病患者淋巴细胞亚群的变化特点。方法采用流式细胞术检测23例自身免疫病患者及20例正常人的外周血中T淋巴细胞（CD3＋细胞）、辅助性T细胞（CD4＋细胞）、T抑制性细胞毒细胞（CD3＋/CD8＋）、NK细胞（CD3-/CD16＋56）和NKT细胞（CD3＋/CD16＋56）,对两者百分比进行比较分析。结果患者组中T抑制性细胞毒细胞（CD3＋/CD8＋）的百分比和绝对值高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）。而患者组中CD4/CD8数值上低于正常对照组,但无明显差异。NK细胞（CD3-/CD16＋56）的百分比和绝对值明显低于对照（P〈0.01）,有显著统计学差异。结论可通过对淋巴细胞亚群的检测了解自身免疫病在其发生发展的过程中免疫系统的变化,并为采用的相关治疗提供依据。

Significance of detection of lymphocyle subpopulations in peripheral blood from patients with autoimmune disease

Objective To investigate the variability of lymphocyte subpopulations in peripheral blood from patients with autoimmune diseases.Methods To test and analysis the proportion of T lymphocytes（CD3＋）,helper T lymphocytes（CD4＋）,suppressor T lymphocyte（CD3＋/CD8＋）,NK cells（CD3-/CD16＋56）,NKT cells（CD3＋/CD16＋56）in peripheral blood from 23 patients with autoimmune diseases and 20 normal people（control group）.Results The result showed that the amount and percent of suppressor T lymphocyte from patients were higher than those in control（P〈0.05）.The amount of CD4/CD8 from patients was lower than those in control.It was not statistical discrepancy.The amount and percent of NK cells from patients were significantly lower than those in control（P〈0.01）.Conclusion To find out the variability of lymphocytes subpopulation in the progression of autoimmune diseases.These result will provide the guide of therapy in the future.
