临床类白血病反应的病因学分析

目的探讨类白血病反应可能的诱发因素及相关机理。方法回顾性分析11例不同原发疾病引起类白血病反应患者的临床资料,并结合既往文献,对其发生发展的相关机制进行分析。结果类白血病反应可由重度感染、恶性肿瘤、免疫性因素及药物性因素等引起,其可能为多重因素共同作用的结果。结论类白血病反应在临床中的发病机制复杂多样。深入了解发病特点,找到原发疾病,有利早期诊断治疗,并对判断预后有一定意义。

Analysis on etiology of clinical leukemoid reaction

Objective To investigate the precipitating factor of leukemoid reaction and relative mechanism.Methods To retrospective analysis the clinical data of 11 patients with leukemoid reaction originated from different causes.Combined with former literatures,to analysis the relative mechanism of disease beginning and developing of these patients.Results Leukemoid reaction might be induced by serious inflammation,malignant disease,immune factors and pharmic factors and result from multiple causes.Conclusion The pathogeny of leukemoid reaction is complicated and various.To make clear these factors in details and find the original disease,it will benefit for achieving diagnoses as soon as possible and estimating those patients＇ prognosis.
