| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在丙泊酚静脉麻醉无痛人流术前阴道后穹窿放置卡前列甲酯栓终止早孕的临床效果。方法根据患者自愿的原则,将180例妊娠6～10周要求行人流的患者分为3组,A组为丙泊酚,B组为卡前列甲酯栓联合丙泊酚组,C组为卡前列甲酯栓组;观察3组的镇痛效果、宫颈松弛程度、人流综合征发生率及术中出血量等。结果 A、B组镇痛效果明显优于C组（P〈0.05）,但宫颈松弛度B、C组明显优于A组（P〈0.05）,术中出血量B、C组明显少于A组（P〈0.05）。结论卡前列甲酯栓联合丙泊酚应用于人工流产术镇痛效果确切、出血量少,手术时间短,值得推荐应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of carprost methylate suppository in vaginal post-vault before anodynia artificial abortion.Methods 180 early pregnancy patients who received artificial abortion were randomly divided into three groups,A：propofol group,B：carprost methylate suppository and propofol,group C：carprost methylate suppository group.Results The analgesic effect of A and B group compared with C group were statistically singnificant（P0.05）.The amplitude of cervix relax increased in B and C group（P0.05）.The amount of bleeding,operation time shortened in B and C group（P0.05）.Conclusion Medincation carprost methylate suppository in vaginal post-vault before anodynia artificial abortion could increase uterine contraction and decrease the amount of bleeding.It is safe and effective. |
