妊娠期糖尿病孕妇与正常健康孕妇饮食习惯及活动对比分析

摘    要:目的比较妊娠期糖尿病孕妇与正常健康孕妇的饮食习惯及活动规律,探讨预防妊娠期糖尿病的方法。方法选择我院2006年1月~2010年12月入院治疗的GDM孕妇60例为观察组,正常健康孕妇60例为对照组,比较两组患者年龄、体重指数、饮食习惯及活动情况。结果两组的甜食摄入、每周豆制品食用频率、荤素菜的食用比例、每天水果摄入量、夜宵情况、活动量差异有统计学意义。奶类、鸡蛋、油炸食品摄入差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论孕妇在怀孕期间应积极预防妊娠糖尿病的发生,具体措施为限制甜食摄入、注意荤素菜的食用比例、多摄入豆制品和蔬菜、水果食用要适量且每天维持适量运动。

Analysis of eating habits and activity in gestational diabetes mellitus and normal healthy pregnant women

Abstract:Objective To analyze eating habits and activity in gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant and normal healthy.Methods Selected 60 pregnant women who were diagnosed as having gestational diabetes as observation group,and 60 pregnant women without diabetes as control group.Investigated and compared the dietary and daily activities of the above two groups during the irgestational period.Results There were significant differences(P〈0.05)in age,body BMI,frequencies of consuming soybean products,proportion of animal and plant foods,frequencies of eating bouillon,eating fruit,mid-night snacks,and daily activities.There were no significant differences(P〉0.05)in dairy milk products,numbers of eggs eaten daily and intakes of fried food between two groups.Conclusion Pregnant women during pregnancy should actively prevent the occurrence of gestational diabetes mellitus and specific measures for the appropriate intake sweets,noted that consumption of meat and vegetable dish,multi-intakes of soybean products and vegetables and fruit consumption amount and maintain regular exercise every day.
