黄芪辅助治疗儿童缓解期哮喘疗效观察

目的研究黄芪辅助治疗儿童缓解期哮喘的疗效。方法选择60例哮喘缓解期儿童,分为激素治疗组（对照组）和黄芪加激素治疗组（治疗组）。临床上观察治疗前后PEFR值的变化及1年随访中哮喘的复发次数,并于治疗前后用ELISA法检测外周血清IFN-γ、IL-4的含量。结果治疗组总有效率（93.3%）高于对照组（73.3%）,有统计学意义（χ2=4.706,P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后各指标比较,PEFR%、IFN-γ含量有明显的升高（P〈0.05）,IL-4含量有明显的降低（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组PEFR%、IFN-γ含量、IL-4含量比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组各指标比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论黄芪有预防哮喘复发的作用,黄芪与激素合用,效果更佳。

Efficacy survey of astragalus on supplementary therapy in asthmatic children during remission stage

Objective To study the efficacy of astragalus on supplementary therapy in asthmatic children during remission stage. Methods 60 asthmatic children during remission stage were divided into hormone treatment group（control group,30 cases） and astragalus add hormone treatment group（treatment group, 30 cases）. The effective rates of prevention recurrence within 1 year were observed in two groups.The levels of PEFR,IL-4,and IFN-γ were determined before drugs being used and 3 months after usage in treatment group and control group respectively. Results The total effective rate of prevention recurrence of treatment group was significantly higher than control group（χ2=4.706,P0.05）.The levels of PEFR and IFN-γwere significantly increased in two groups before drugs being used and 3 months after the usage,while the level of IL-4 was significantly decreased. The levels of PEFR, IFN-γ and IL-4 were not different in two groups before drugs being used, but were significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group after 3 months treatment. Conclusion Astragalus therapy can be helpful in diminishing relapse with asthma. The effect is much better if astragalus and hormone role share.
