| 摘 要： | 目的报道2例肠道黏膜相关淋巴组织（Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue,MALT）淋巴瘤并结合文献探讨其彩色多普勒超声表现。方法回顾性总结分析2例肠道MALT淋巴瘤的彩色多普勒超声声像及临床病理资料,并复习近几年国内文献报道的肠道MALT淋巴瘤的临床及超声声像表现。结果肠道MALT淋巴瘤临床及超声特征为：①年龄在50岁以上,病程长,进展缓慢;②肠壁明显增厚或肠壁肿块样回声,局部回声均匀减低,内部彩色血流异常丰富。结论彩色多普勒超声对诊断MALT淋巴瘤具有较高的临床价值,并可在该病与其他肠道疾病的鉴别中提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the imaging and clinical manifestations of intestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue（MALT） lymphoma with review of literatures.Methods The Doppler ultrasonic appearance and clinical pathological data of 2 cases with intestinal MALT lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Intestinal MALT lymphoma was an indolent disease that patients had a slow natural course,a high response rate to treatment and a long survival.The main ultrasonic appearance was the thickening intestine wall or tumor-like echo,the focal echo with uniform decrease,extraordinarily abundant blood color.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is valuable for diagnosing intestinal MALT lymphoma,and can provide the evidence in discriminating from the other intestine disease. |
