腹腔镜辅助用于小肠肿瘤切除术的临床价值

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助小肠肿瘤切除术的临床应用价值。方法 43例小肠肿瘤患者随机分为腹腔镜辅助手术组（n=20）和开放手术组（n=23）,比较两组的切口长度、手术时间、术中失血量、止痛药物需求、术后饮食恢复时间、术后住院日、术后并发症。结果两组患者基线资料差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。腹腔镜辅助手术组在切口长度、术中失血量、术后疼痛及术后恢复流质饮食时间方面,比开放手术有优势（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜辅助小肠肿瘤切除术安全可行,具有创伤小、恢复快的优点。

Value of laparoscopic approach for small bowel tumors

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic approach for small intestine tumors.Methods A total of 43 inpatients were randomized into laparoscopic group and open group.The lengths of laparotomy incisions,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,rehabilitation condition,length of postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complications were evaluated.Results There were no significant differences in baseline characteristics between two groups（P0.05）.The lengths of laparotomy incisions in laparoscopic group was shorter than open group（P0.05）.The median operative blood loss was significantly less in the laparoscopic group（P0.05）.The postoperative tramadol requirement in laparoscopic group were significantly less than open group.However,the median operative time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were comparable.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection result in favorable short-term outcome compare with open resection for small bowel tumors.
