人工流产后导致继发不孕原因分析

目的探讨人工流产后继发不孕症的原因。方法对60例人工流产术后继发不孕症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果人工流产术后继发不孕,输卵管因素28例（46.7%）,占不孕原因的第一位;余依次为盆腔炎性粘连17例（28.3%）,子宫内膜异位症10例（16.7%）,宫腔粘连9例（15.0%）,月经失调8例（13.3%）,免疫因素7例（11.7%）;人工流产术后继发不孕伴微生物感染十分常见,其中以解脲支原体感染最常见,感染率为58.1%,衣原体次之,感染率为50.0%。结论人工流产术后并发症是导致继发不孕症的直接原因。

The causes analysis on induced abortion to secondary infertility

Objective To explore the causes on induced abortion to secondary infertility.Methods To retrospective analysis the clinical date on induced abortion to secondary infertility of 60 cases.Results Among 60 patients with secondary infertility,the percentage of oviduct factor was 46.7%,the following was pelvic adhesions（28.3%）,endometriosis（16.7%）,intrauterine adhesions（15.0%）,menstrual disorders（13.3%） and immune factor（11.7%）,oviduct factor was the most popular.The most common infection was the mycoplasma（58.1%）,the second was the chlamydia（50.0%）.Conclusion The complication of induced abortion is the main reasons of leading to secondary infertility.
