摘    要:目的对某水泥生产线技术改造项目职业病危害进行评价。方法依据国家现行法规、规范和标准,以类比法及定量分析法综合评价。结果技术改造前后粉尘作业点总合格率分别为47.6%和65.4%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。技改后部分作业点粉尘浓度仍然严重超标,水泥包装粉尘平均浓度达22.5mg/m^3;重大职业卫生问题未受重视,重要改正意见未被采纳。结论建设单位应当确定职业病危害控制目标,落实工程技术措施,必要时咨询职业卫生等专业技术人员;评价机构应给出切实可行的指导意见和建议,主动参与建设过程并全程跟踪服务。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate occupational hazards in the reformed project of the cement production line. Methods Analogy and quantitative analysis methods were used . Results The qualified rates of dust were 47.6% and 65.4% before and after reform , they had no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ). Dust concentration in some operating points still exceeded national standards after reform, the average dust eoneentration in cement packaging room reached to 22. 5 mg/m^3 . Major oeeupational health problems were not paid enough attention; some important advice wasn't adopted. Conclusion Construction units should confirm the goals of controlling ooeupational hazards and implement engineering measures, eonsult with oeeupational health professionals if neeessary. Assessment organizations should provide practical guidance and advice, and actively partieipate in the eonstruetion process.
