| 摘 要： | 目的：总结幼年类风湿性关节炎的诊治经验。方法：对86例幼年类风湿性关节炎的临床表现与免疫学测定进行了分析。结果：诊断为全身型17例，占19．8％，多关节型31例，占36％，少关节型38例，占44．2％，免疫学测定表明，活动期出现免疫球蛋白IgA增高16例，占19．2％，IgG增高27例，占31．5％，IgM增高12例，占13．7％，补体C3增高15例，占17．5％，C4高33例，占38．0％，CIC增高80例，占92．9％。RF性16例，占18．9％，ANA阳性16例，占19．0％，HLA－B27阳性52例，占60．0％。结论：根据上述资料，按病情轻重，除应用非甾类抗炎药物外，加用强的松，甲氨喋呤，同时辅以理疗，大关节封闭等。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis(JRA). Methods:Clinical and immunological analysis was performed in 86 cases with JRA. Results: Among all cases, 17 patients (19 8%) were systemic-onset disease, 31patients(36%)polyarticular-onset disease, and 38patients(44.2%) pauciarticular-onset disease. The results of immunological measurement showed that the rise in IGA was 19.2%, IgG 31.5%,IgM 13.7%, complement C3 17.5%, C4 38.0%,CIC 92.2% and the positive rate of RF was 18.9%, ANA 19.0%, HLA-B27 60.0%.Conlusions:Based on the patient's condition,in addition to using the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, block therapy for joints and physiotherapy,selected application of Prednisone and Methotrexate can be beneficial. |
