正交试验优选菊花配方颗粒的提取工艺

摘    要:目的用正交试验优选菊花配方颗粒最佳提取工艺条件。方法用高效液相法测定绿原酸含量,采用正交设计法,考察加水量、提取温度、提取时间对菊花配方颗粒中绿原酸的含量和出膏率的影响。结果菊花配方颗粒最佳提取工艺为95℃下加水煎煮2次,第1次加14倍水,第2次加12倍水,每次煎煮1.5h。绿原酸的含量和出膏率分别达到3.456mg·g-1和31.74%。结论该工艺简便易行,绿原酸提取率高,稳定性好。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of chrysanthemum flower compound granules with orthogonal test.Methods:HPLC was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid and the orthogonal design was adopted to observe the impacts of water addition,extraction temperature and interval on the content of chlorogenic acid in chrysanthemum flower compound granules.Results:The best extraction process of chrysanthemum flower compound granules:decoct twice with water at 95 ℃,in which,add water of 14 times in amount in the first decoction and add water of 12 times in the second decoction;1.5 h for each decoction.The content of chlorogenic acid and the rate of extractum reached 3.456 mg·g-1 and 31.74% respectively.Conclusion:The process is sample in operation,which ensures the high extraction and stable property of chlorogenic acid.
