| Abstract: | Through the analysis of 396 cases in the official records of medical disputes in a certain dental hospital during a three - year period from January 2002 to December 2005, this paper means to analyze the features of medical disputes in the distribution of medical personnel, their titles, and the content of disputes etc, and a study of the causes of the disputes is also raised so as to propose countermeasures to reduce the Incidence rate of medical disputes. |
