| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血必净在急性百草枯中毒治疗中的疗效。方法将急性百草枯中毒患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用血必净治疗。观察2组的肝功能、肾功能、动脉血氧饱和度及存活率。结果治疗组的肺、肝、肾功能损害较对照组轻,存活率较对照组高,两组比较有统计学差异。结论血必净可以减轻急性百草枯对各脏器功能损害,提高存活率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the Xuebijing in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning treatment. Methods Patients with acute paraquat poisoning were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group, the control group was given conventional therapy, and the treatment group based on the above given Xuebijing 100 mL intravenous injection. To observe liver function, renal fune- lion,arterial oxygen saturation,the survival rate of the 2 Groups. Results The treatment group of lung damage, lixer and kidney function than the eontrol group light,the survival rate than the eontrol group, there is significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Xuebijing can relieve acute paraquat on the organ damage,improve the survival rate. |
