| 摘 要： | 目的分析社会支持与创伤骨折患者生活质量的关系，探讨提高患者生活质量的有效途径。方法对1000例创伤骨折患者进行生活质量和社会支持两方面的问卷调查，并分析二者的相关性。结果创伤骨折患者生活质量较差，创伤骨折患者较正常人获得的社会支持较高（P〈0．01）；社会支持与创伤骨折患者生活质量呈正相关（r=0.537，P〈0．01）。结论社会支持与创伤骨折患者的生活质量密切相关，因此护理人员应充分重视并有效利用社会支持系统，以提高创伤骨折患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis the correlation between the society supports and the quality of life for patients with fracture,to improve their quality of life.Methods Investigated the condition of quality of life and society support among 1000 patients with injury fracture,and then analyze the correlation be-tween them.Results The quality of life for patients with injury fracture was not satisfactory.They can obtain more society support than normal people,P<0.01.There were positive correlation between the quality of life and society support for patients with injury fracture,r=0.537,P<0.01.Conclusion Nurses could proper using the society support patients with injury fracture to improve their quality of life. |
