免疫学测定技术在多发性骨髓瘤诊断中的应用

目的根据MM的特征,利用免疫球蛋白测定、血清蛋白电泳及免疫固定电泳3项技术对临床表现复杂多样的MM患者做出正确诊断及免疫分型。方法用免疫散射比浊法测定血清和尿液免疫球蛋白及轻链,蛋白电泳检测血清M蛋白及免疫固定电泳法检测单克隆区带。结果107例MM患者蛋白电泳有99例呈现M蛋白;免疫散射比浊法100例呈现免疫球蛋白阳性;免疫固定电泳呈现105例出现单克隆区带,3者与对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论血清蛋白电泳、免疫球蛋白检测及免疫固定电泳3项技术能对MM早期快速诊断并分型及鉴别诊断有重要意义。

Application of Immunological Detection on Diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma

Objective To discuss the diagnosis on MM with immunological detections of immuno-protein,protein electrophoresis and immuno-fix electrophoresis.Methods The immuno-protein and light chain in serum and urine were detected with immunological scatting turbidity method and globulin M and monoclone brand were detected with electrophoresis.Results 99 of 107 cases MM patient were positive with globulin M with electrophoresis and 100 cases positive with scatting turbidity and 105 positive brand with fix electrophoresis.There was significant difference with control group in three methods.Conclusion These methods might be significant for diagnosis and differential diagnosis with MM patient rapidly.
