新兵进藏前心理健康水平测评及干预

目的 了解进藏前新兵心理健康水平,探讨心理干预的方法和效果。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对2001年空运进藏前的200名新兵,心理干预前后进行调查。结果 心理干预后SCL-90各项因子分均低于干预前,其中总分、阳性项目数及强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑的因子分明显低于干预前,尤以来自城镇的新兵变化显著。结论 新兵进藏前的心理干预有利于提高他们的心理健康水平,应特别关注来自城镇新兵进藏前的心理健康问题。

To Find the Level of Psychological Health of the Recruit Before They Went to Tibet and to Explore of Psychological Interence

Objective To find the leve of psychological health of the nearly enrolled soldiers before They went toTibet and to explore (the way) and the effect of psychological interference. Methods Using SCL-90, we made a contrasting survey on the psy-chologica interference to the nearly enrolled 200 soldiers before they went to Tibet by air (in 2001). Results Accordng SCL-90. each factor-score was lower afer psychological interference them that before psychological interference, especially the total score, positive item, force- symptom, sensitive to social inter course, despondent,anxious, factor-score of metal disease were significantly lover after psychological interference, we also observed that all these were more sever among the recruits from cities. Conclusion The psychological interference before the recruits went to tibet was beneficial to their level of psychological health, We should pay more attention to the recruits from cities for their psychological problem.
