| 摘 要： | Objective: To investigate the level of cytok ins (interleukin-1β, interleukin- 6 and t umornecrosis factor-α) in amniotic fluid and interleukin-6 in blood plasma in women with intraamnioticinfection(IAI), and to compare the levels of IL-6 in amniotic fluid and in blood plasma. Methods:Blood and amniotic fluid were sampled from 19 patients with IAI and 88 patients without IAI. Thelevels of IL-6 in blood plasma and IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in amniotic fluid were examined. Placentaswere examined by pathology. Results: (1 )The levels of IL-6 in blood plasma and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in amniotic fluid of patients with IAI were obviously higher than those of patientswithout IAI. (2)The levels of IL-6 in blood plasma and in amniotic fluid were correlated significantly.Conclusion: IAI could seriously affect peuparterm women and babies. Cytokins in amniotic fluid andin blood plasma could identify IAI.
