血塞通加尿激酶治疗脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓42例的疗效观察

目的:观察血塞通注射液加尿激酶治疗脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法:将42例患者随机分为2组,治疗组21例应用血塞通注射液加尿激酶治疗,对照组21例单用尿激酶治疗,并检测血液流变性、进行患肢静脉系统彩色超声多普勒检查。结果:治疗组疗效及再通率明显优于对照组,2组治疗后血液流变学指标均有改善,而治疗组改善明显优于对照组。结论:血塞通注射液加尿激酶对脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓有明显疗效,并能降低血液黏度、改善血液流变性,且安全可靠,是治疗脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓的有效药物。
