| 摘 要： | 目的提高手术室护理工作质量。方法将术晨交班、重大抢救手术、新手术及大手术、手术中产生医护矛盾时的4个时间位点作为手术室护士长管理工作的重点。结果提高了病人对手术室护理工作及医生对手术配合的满意度。结论加强时间位点管理,可确保手术室重点环节的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the quality of nursing in operation room,Method The four time-sites were identified as the focuses of head nurses management in operation room,including morning shift handover,critical operations,new and complex operations,and nurse-doctor conflicts Result This practice improved patients' satisfaction with nursing service,as well as doctors' satisfaction with nurses' cooperation. Conclusion Strengthening time-site management can ensure the quality control of the key links in operation room. |
