| 摘 要： | 严重有机磷中毒患由于特殊的致病因素，用药及抢救措施，使呼吸道的生理功能发生显变化。防御能力明显下降，极易发生呼吸道感染，梗阻，粘膜损伤等并发症，作对17例严重有机磷中毒患加强气道管理，使呼吸道并发症显减少，收到了良好效果。

| Abstract: | Due to the special etiological factor, medication and means at first aid may cause so dramatic changes of physiological function of the respiratory tract (RT) that the patients' resistance terribly drops, which causes complications such as infection, obstruction and mucosa damage in RT. The authors nursed 17 cases with organophosphate poisoning by intensively managing RT so that the complications were lessened significantly , reaching satisfactory nursing and curative effects. |
