| 摘 要： | 观察了７３例闭经患者和２３例正常人的尺桡骨骨矿物质含量。结果表明：闭经患者尺桡骨骨密度均低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），原发性闭经患者比继发性闭经患者的骨质丢失更明显（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示：对闭经患者应及早补充雌激素，以预防和阻止骨质丢失。

| Abstract: | The bone mineral contents(BMC) of ulna and radius in 73 cases of amenia and 23 normal subjects(control) were observed.The result showed that the BMC of ulna and radius in patients with amenia were all lower than those of the control(P<0.05).The loss of bony substance in the patients with primary amenorrhea was more obvious than that in secondary amenorrhea(P<0.05).The early supplement with estrogen was necessary for the patients with amenorrhea in order to avoid loss of bony substance. |
