重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子复方喷剂治疗宫颈糜烂临床研究

摘    要:目的观察重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhaFGF)-蛇床子复方喷剂对宫颈糜烂的治疗效果。方法将复方喷剂每日早晚各1次,喷于阴道深部,连用10d。计算治愈率、显效率、有效率及创面痊愈时间。比较单用复方喷剂与复方喷剂宫颈波姆光照射联用的疗效和创面痊愈时间。结果单用复方喷剂治疗宫颈糜烂的总有效率为94.5%,其中治愈率38.2%,显效率40.0%,有效率16.4%,同对照药治糜灵栓的疗效相似(P>0.05),但痊愈时间缩短(P<0.05)。复方喷剂与宫颈波姆光照射联用,可使后者的疗效提高,痊愈时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论复方喷剂可促进宫颈糜烂的愈合。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the compound spray(main ingredient:recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rhaFGF) and cnidiu fruit) on cervical erosion.Methods The compound spray was sprayed into vagina once a day,every morning and evening,for days.The curative rate,apparent rate,effective rate and healing time were calculated.Efficacy and healing time of single medication of the compound spray and the combination of compound spray and Bomu rays was compared.Results Total effective rate(curative rate was 38.2%,apparent rate was 40.0% and effective rate was 16.4%) of single medication of the compound spray was 94.5%,which was similar with that of Zhimiling suppository(P>0.05),however healing time was shortened(P<0.05).Combination of the compound spray and Bomu rays improved the efficacy of single therapy of Bomu rays and healing time was shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound spray plays a very important role in promoting the healing of cervical erosion.
