胰体尾切除术中胰腺残端处理方式的对比研究

目的对比胰体尾切除术中胰腺残端行胰肠吻合和使用切割缝合器关闭胰腺残端两种方法对减少胰漏的有效性。方法对36例接受胰体尾切除术不同残端处理方法的患者的一般情况、手术方法和胰漏的发生率进行回顾性分析。结果吻合组胰漏的发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论胰体尾切除术时行胰腺残端-空肠端端吻合相对于切割缝合器封闭胰腺残端能更有效的防止胰漏的发生。

Compared study for the methods of coping with pancreatic stump in distal pancreatectomy

Objective To compare the effectiveness of pancreato-jejunostomy technique and the using stapler transaction for decreasing the incidence of pancreatic fistula in distal pancreatectomy. Methods To retrospectively analyze the general condition, operative method and incidence of pancreatic fistula of 36 patients undergoing distal pancreatectomy using different method for pancreatic stump.Results Pancreatic fistula occurrence in anastomosis group is lower than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pancreato- jejunostomy is related to a lower incidence of pancreatic fistula compared to the stapler transaction closure of the pancreatic stump.
