老年大肠癌合并糖尿病37例的外科治疗

目的：探讨老年大肠癌围手术期糖尿病的处理。方法：回顾性分析1995年1月－2000年5月外科治疗的37例老年大肠癌合并糖尿病患者。结果：37例患者均行择期手术，无手术死亡。术后共发生各类并发症21例次，无吻合口疼和酮症酸中毒等严重并发症，所有病人均安全渡过围手术期。结论：严格控制血糖和尿糖对于老年大肠癌合并糖尿病病人安全渡过围手术期是非常重要的。

Surgical treatment for colorectal carcinoma in 37 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

Purpose:To discuss the management of diabetes mellitus in perioperative period of colorectal carcinoma in elderly patients. Methods:From Jan 1995 to May 2000,37 elderly patients of colorectal carcinoma with diabetes mellitus who underwent operations in our hospital were analysed retrospectively. Results:37 cases all underwent elective operations, no operative deaths. The morbidity of postoperative complications were 21 cases, no anastomotic leak and postoperative diabetic ketoacidosis. Conclusions:It is very important to control blood glucose and urine glucose to normal level for elderly patients with coloerctal carcinoma and diabetes mellitus in perioperative period.
