| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合方法治疗老年便秘的临床疗效。方法:将92例患者随机分为2组,治疗组62例采用辨证施治中药内服加果导片口服治疗,对照组30例采用果导片口服治疗,3周为1疗程。结果:中西医治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为90.32%与63.33%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施治中药内服配合口服果导片治疗老年便秘优于单纯口服果导片。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of integrative Chinese and western medicine. Methods The experimental group (62 patients) were treated by integrative Chinese and western medicine, and the control group (30 patients) with phenolphthalein. Results The efficiency rate of the experimental group is 90.32%, comparing with 63.33% of the control group. Conclusion The treatment of integrative Chinese and western medicine is distinctly superior. |
